I don’t know if the Jennifer’s are the same person or two different women. Lady and Sun was suggested by Andrew Lee, our warehouse manager last Monday at our staff meeting and it was kinda declared the name then but I thought it would be fun to go fishing in our blog pond for some more ideas. So Jennifer you get a little glory there but....
We received a suggestion in the office of our GM and it’s official.
The name of the Deen Tybee Island condo is.... but first.
Just Kidding.
It’s the “Y’all Come Inn”.
I read through the posting’s this morning to double check for it and I don’t think I saw that one. If I did miss it drop us a line and we can hunt it down.
Jennifer, or Jennifer’s, and Crystal send us your mailing address and I will send y’all a signed book as second place prizes. We will, of course, not post your address.
I gotta full plate this morning so it’s a short one today. I hope everyone had a safe and restful holiday and took time to remember the sacrifice that our armed forces makes for us everyday.

That is a great name. It’s a perfect fit. It was really hard thinking of names cause everyone’s suggestions were great. I took a look at the townhouse online and it is beautiful. Hope I get a chance to stay there sometime. OH I was wondering if you or Bobby have a TWITTER account like your mom does???? I have got addicted to twitter. I love seeing what everyone is up to everyday. I especially enjoy your Mom’s. She posted this weekend and said she was in Tunica at the restaurant. First of all, I’m in the middle of packing up and moving so I am lax in getting the new cookbook but I promise I will get it before I get out of here. I got 2 weeks! I have the first two and they are AWESOME. The first, I already told you guys about, I took home for a big family party and we spent the weekend fighting over what to cook and ended up cooking about 20 diff things. That was fun. And good. Durned good. The second I was reading at work and it kept disappearing off of my table and I had a ton of post-its attached to most of the pages with my team wanting copies of this recipe, that recipe...I work in a buffet in a Vegas resort hotel. We have all kinds of things running through the line so for people to get excited about new recipes is huge. They’re all so jaded. LOL So I gave all of them a copy for being such a good team. 
Now I’m moving back home and I need to make sure I have it with me when I get there because I am teaching my nieces to cook and I usually give them a magazine or a cookbook and let them pick out what they want to make. I think this one is a good choice. :D And, you’ve mentioned weather in Savannah from time to time. It’s 4 something in the morning, I am getting ready for work and have the A/C going because it’s 82 outside. 82!!! I shudder to think what it will be when the sun actually comes up. I love your moms shows. I have been trying to find the site to ask for a signed photo of her. I love you all when you are both on the show. It is so nice to see you say you love her. Family is everything. I lost my father lung cancer October 2008 and he was in WWII arial photographer and my father in law died dec, 2008,he as well was WWII vet. I am sad I am the only remaining of my family, dad, bruce my brother died from heroin addiction and my mom died from lou gehrigs disease. My fun now is watching you and your moms show to bring back those lost memories of the home cooking we had and it is so wonderful to see her showing us the simple recipes that were made when she was young too. I love to just relax and watch her cooking it brings back memories I loved. peace, laurel

I wanted to thank you so much for the photo of your mom it was so nice of you to get that to me. I know you are so busy and to take time out to do that for me was wonderful I also got my receipe to your mom on my beef stew. It was so nice to get an acknowledgement card. I am so happy you dont know how much I appreciated it. In these times I am so sad with the loss of dad but I know he is with me. I feel so good just relaxing at the tv after work and I tape the shows and watch your mom cook some of the most fabulous things, I hope maybe she would one day use my receipe for beef stew who knows ! I loved it mom in law told me about it. Just to get the card and signed pic meant the world to me. I will put it up on my mirror next to dad as a cherished photo. I love the show and to relax and just see good things is wonderful and I love to see you boys on the show too. You guys crack me up its wonderful to laugh again. Hey Jamie I love you and Bobby and I am having a lot of fun watching the reruns of Road Tasted. Just wondering have “y’all” come to Upstate New York? It is a totally different experience up here than in the city. We would love to have you come up here and see what we have to offer. Especially in the Lake George area. That’s where I am and that coincedentally is where Rachel Ray grew up. Just wondering.
