Our catering plan includes the following:
Two Meats at Lunch and Two at Dinner
One meat is always our famous fried chicken. Groups of 30 or more may pick their second meat. Groups under 30 will be served the same meat being served in the restaurant that day.
Pork Roast, Baked Chicken, Country Steak in Gravy, Lasagna, Meatloaf, BBQ Pork, Riblets or Fried Pork Chops
Four Side Dishes
Choose from Mac-n-Cheese, Rice, Creamed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans, Collard Greens, Butter Beans, Black Eyed Peas, Yams
Choice of Paula's featured Gooey Butter Cake, Banana Pudding or Peach Cobbler for dessert.
Sweet and/or un-sweet tea; one gallon per ten people.
Full set-ups for your event include disposable plates, cups, napkins, flatware and serving utensils. Ice also available upon request.

Our minimum number for lunch and dinner delivery service is twenty people and our minimum for pick-up service is ten people. Chafing dishes, servers and setup are available for an additional cost. Please contact the Catering Department for details.
Holiday Southern Buffet

Our holiday pickup/delivery Southern Buffet menu is available daily only through the months of November and December, excluding Thanksgiving eve and Christmas eve, as an alternative to the regular Southern Buffet menu. The Holiday Southern Buffet menu includes Baked Turkey & Baked Ham, Sweet Potato Soufflé & Pumpkin Gooeys, which are not available any other time of the year.
